Your TV, without the cable bill. tivo8k puts 70,000 live channels and 280,000 movies & series on the screen you already own — one line, every device, anywhere in the world.
tivo8k is an IPTV service — instead of a satellite dish or a cable subscription, your channels stream over the internet connection you already pay for. One line replaces your cable box, your sports package and your streaming apps, and it plays on the TV, phone or laptop already in your house.
You get 70,000+ live channels and a library of 280,000 movies & series in 4K and Full HD, with a proper 7-day TV guide. No dish, no engineer visit, no two-year contract — you pick a plan, we send your login, and you're watching within minutes.
Technically, a tivo8k subscription is a single Xtream Codes line — a host address, a username and a password. You type those three things once into a player app like IPTV Smarters Pro, TiViMate or IBO Player, and the app pulls down the whole channel list, the EPG and the on-demand library. The same line also works as a plain M3U URL if your device prefers that format, which is why it runs on everything from a £30 Firestick to a 2016 Samsung TV to a MAG box you already own.
What makes the difference between a good IPTV service and a bad one is not the channel count on the sales page — it is what the servers do at 9pm on a Saturday when a title fight and three league matches are on at once. tivo8k runs load-balanced streams with automatic failover, so when one source feed stumbles you get moved to a backup instead of a frozen frame. That is the part you only find out about after you have paid, which is why we give a 24-hour free trial before anyone spends a penny. New to all of this? Start with our plain-English guide to what IPTV is and how it works. More about who runs tivo8k and what we actually operate.

Nobody switches for the technology. They switch when they add up the monthly bills and see the total written down for the first time.
| What people usually pay for | Typical monthly cost | On tivo8k |
|---|---|---|
| Cable or satellite base package | $60 – $100 | Included |
| The sports add-on tier | $25 – $45 | Included |
| A dedicated sports streaming service | $20 – $30 | Included |
| One pay-per-view fight night | $60 – $80 each | Included |
| Two or three film and series subscriptions | $30 – $50 | Included |
| A kids' channel package | $8 – $12 | Included |
| An international or home-country package | $15 – $30 | Included |
| Equipment rental and "regional fees" | $10 – $20 | None |
| Twelve months, all in | $2,200 – $4,000 | $80 for the year |
Those are ordinary retail figures, not worst cases — a household with cable, a sports tier and two streaming apps is comfortably past two hundred dollars a month before anybody orders a fight. The tivo8k year plan is $80, once, with the bonus month on top, and it carries the live channels, the sports, the pay-per-view nights, the film library and the international channels in the same line.
The three things cable still does better, since we would rather you hear them from us: a broadcast signal does not care about your Wi-Fi, the on-screen guide is built by the broadcaster, and there is a shop to walk into when something breaks. If those matter more to you than the money, keep the cable — we would rather say that than sell you something you will cancel in a fortnight. The full twelve-month arithmetic is in IPTV vs cable, line by line, and every plan is on the pricing page.
Every plan opens the full catalogue — live sports and pay-per-view, the latest box-office films, full box sets, kids' channels and news from 60+ countries. Nothing locked behind a higher tier.
Browse the channel listFootball, UFC, NBA, F1, boxing and PPV events — including the premium sports packages.
New releases, classics and full box sets from every major streaming platform, on demand.
US, UK, Arabic, Latino, European and Asian channels — your home channels wherever you are.
Cartoons and kids' channels the little ones already know, safe to leave running.
Music channels, nature and history documentaries for the slower evenings.
A proper TV guide, seven days ahead, so you never miss what you were waiting for.
One subscription. Every screen. Set up in under 90 seconds.

I've tried a lot of IPTV services and most died after a month. tivo8k is the first one that's stayed rock solid — I've had it through a full Premier League season with no drops. What sold me was the money-back window, you don't get that anywhere else.
Started on the monthly plan just to test it and ended up moving to the year. My wife found all her telenovelas and the kids' channels, and when I asked support to add two channels they did it within a day. Only thing — activation took about 20 minutes, not 5 — but honestly no complaints.
What I like most is that my local US channels and the Latino ones are all there — that's rare, most services push one region only. Picture is clean in 4K on my Firestick. Setup guide they sent made it easy, I'm not techy at all.
Cancelled Sky and cut my TV bill from £90 a month to basically nothing. Sports in HD, PPV nights included, and it hasn't frozen once during a fight. Wish I'd done it two years ago.
Really good value and the film library is huge — took me a while to even find the end of it. One evening a couple of channels went down but they were back the next morning and support kept me posted. Would recommend, especially for the price.
I run it on three TVs at home and one on my phone when I travel. Never buffers on decent wifi. The EPG guide is the part I didn't expect — it actually works, seven days ahead like a real TV box.

It is the first thing anybody types after hearing about an IPTV service, and it deserves a straight answer rather than a wall of badges. tivo8k is a working, paid IPTV subscription run by people who answer chat at three in the morning. It is not a free playlist, it is not a one-week burner line, and there is nothing to install on your machine beyond a normal player app.
Here is what we would check if we were the ones buying, and how tivo8k answers each point. Run the same six questions at any provider you are comparing us with — one that cannot answer all six is one that will be gone by March.
Yes. The tivo8k free trial is 24 hours on the full premium line — same servers, same channel list, same VOD library the paying customers get, not a stripped demo with twelve channels on it. No card number, no deposit, no "verification fee". If a provider will not let you watch before you pay, there is a reason for that.
$15 for a month, $35 for three, $50 for six, $80 for a year, $145 for two, $220 for three, or $200 once for a limited lifetime plan. One payment for the period you chose, and then nothing — no card kept on file, nothing renewing quietly in the background, no activation fee waiting at checkout. Anything advertised at $3 a month is being sold by somebody who intends to be unreachable before your month is up.
Support is on WhatsApp and Telegram, around the clock, and it is a person rather than a ticket queue. That matters on the two nights a year when something breaks: a source feed drops during a match and you want to know inside a minute whether it is you, your Wi-Fi or us. Every way to reach us is on the contact page.
The refund policy, the terms of service, the privacy policy, the DMCA policy and the disclaimer are all published here, in plain language, before you buy rather than after you complain. A provider with nothing written down has nothing you can hold them to.
This is the tell most people miss. A throwaway IPTV site is one long landing page and nothing else behind it. tivo8k publishes a full channel list, a setup guide for every device, a 24-question FAQ, a sports breakdown and a blog of real IPTV guides that send readers to fixes instead of to checkout. That is a lot of work to fake.
We do. One line streams on one device at a time unless you add connections. Live sport is when every IPTV server on earth is under its heaviest load, so test yours on a match night rather than a Tuesday afternoon. Channel counts move week to week as dead feeds are pruned. And 4K means the channels whose source broadcasts in 4K — nobody on earth can turn a 1080i feed into real 4K, whatever their sales page claims. If you want the whole model explained from scratch, start with what IPTV actually is, and the full write-up of the service itself is in our tivo8k review.
Not features on a slide — the things that decide whether you are still watching in six months.
Streams sit behind multiple edge servers with automatic failover, so when one source feed stumbles mid-match the line moves you to a backup instead of freezing on a spinning circle. It is the single biggest difference between a cheap line and one that survives a Champions League night.
A proper programme guide, seven days ahead, mapped to the channels instead of a blank grid reading "No Information". Catch-up is there on the channels whose source carries it, so Saturday's match is still playable on Sunday.
New films land as the release windows open, and a running series gets its episodes added through the season rather than sitting on a two-year-old box set. Dead entries get pruned instead of padding the count.
Card, PayPal or crypto, arranged in chat. One payment for the period you chose. No card kept on file, no subscription renewing quietly, no cancellation fee invented on the way out.
We need a way to send you your line, and that is it. No ID scans, no home address, no tracking pixels selling your viewing habits to an ad network. What is held and why is written out on the privacy page.
24/7 on WhatsApp and Telegram, in English, French, Arabic or Spanish. Setup help, playlist re-sends, plan changes, adding a channel to the line — usually sorted in the same conversation, not in four emails across a week.
Worth two minutes of reading, because it explains why one IPTV service holds a live match and another falls over at kick-off.
When your order is confirmed we create a line on the server and send you a host address, a username and a password. That is the entire subscription — there is no hardware, no dish and nothing to post. Those three values are an Xtream Codes login, the format nearly every IPTV player understands, and the same line can be handed to a player as a plain M3U URL if your device prefers that. Because it is a standard, you are never trapped in one app: if you dislike the player, change the player and keep the subscription.
The first time you log in, the app asks our server for three things: the channel list, the on-demand catalogue and the EPG. It caches all of it locally, which is why the first launch takes half a minute and every launch after it is instant. When you press a channel, the player opens a stream from the edge server nearest to you and starts buffering a few seconds ahead — that small buffer is what absorbs the normal wobble of a home internet connection.
A channel on any IPTV service is a re-delivered source feed. That source can hiccup, and the servers carrying it to fifty thousand people at once are under their heaviest load precisely when everyone wants the same match. Cheap lines run a single server and a single source: when either has a bad minute, every customer sees the same frozen frame. tivo8k spreads channels across multiple edge servers with backup sources behind the busy ones, so a stumble moves you rather than stops you. It is unglamorous infrastructure work, and it is the only reason a service is still watchable in the eighty-ninth minute.
Honestly, most "IPTV is buffering" reports are not the IPTV. The usual culprits, in the order a support engineer checks them: a TV on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi through two walls, a router with thirty devices on it, a Firestick with no free storage, a player set to software decoding, and a VPN routing your traffic through another continent. Move the device to 5GHz or ethernet, clear the player cache, switch to hardware decoding, and a stream that looked broken usually turns out to be fine. The full checklist, in order, is in our guide to why IPTV keeps buffering.
We control the servers, the routing, the backups, how fast a dead feed gets replaced and how fast support answers. We do not control your internet provider, your Wi-Fi, or a broadcaster taking their own feed down. Any provider who tells you they guarantee 100% uptime on every one of seventy thousand channels is telling you something that is not true of any television system ever built, including cable.
A channel count means nothing until you know whether your channels are in it. Here is roughly how the tivo8k line-up breaks down by region, and the groups you'll find under each one when you open the player.
| Region | Live channels | What's in there |
|---|---|---|
| United States & Canada | 14,000+ | Local network affiliates, all the cable news, every US sports package, PPV events, regional sports networks |
| United Kingdom & Ireland | 6,500+ | Terrestrial, the full sports tiers, movie channels, documentary and entertainment packs |
| Arabic & MENA | 7,000+ | Moroccan, Egyptian, Gulf and Levant channels, Arabic sports, Qur'an and religious channels, kids in Arabic |
| Latin America & Spain | 8,000+ | Telenovelas, Liga and Copa football, Mexican, Colombian, Argentinian and Spanish networks |
| Europe (FR, DE, IT, PT, NL, PL…) | 12,000+ | National broadcasters, football league packages, film channels, local news in each language |
| Asia (IN, PK, PH, TR, CN…) | 9,000+ | Bollywood and regional Indian, Pakistani, Turkish dizi, Filipino, Chinese and Japanese channels |
| Africa & the rest of the world | 4,500+ | Nigerian, Ghanaian, South African and East African channels plus international feeds |
| 24/7 themed & event channels | 9,000+ | Single-series loops, movie franchises, cartoons, music, PPV and match-day pop-up channels |
Counts move week to week as feeds are added and dead ones are pruned — that is normal for any IPTV service and a provider who quotes an exact unchanging number is quoting a marketing figure. If there is a specific channel you need, send us the name before you buy and we'll check it on the live line — every way to reach us is on the contact page. The full searchable list lives on the channels page.
A line-up is only good if your channels are in it. These are the groups people ask for by name before they buy. The full searchable list is on the channels page.
| Country / region | The groups people ask for | Sport carried |
|---|---|---|
| United States | National networks and their local affiliates, the full cable news set, the premium film channels, kids, lifestyle, factual, and the 24/7 themed channels | NFL including the Sunday packages, NBA, MLB, NHL, college football and basketball, the regional sports networks, UFC and boxing pay-per-view nights |
| United Kingdom & Ireland | Every terrestrial channel and its +1, the full sports tiers, the cinema pack, documentary and entertainment groups, plus the Irish networks | Premier League, EFL and the cup rounds, Champions League nights, cricket including the internationals, rugby, darts, snooker, golf and the F1 weekend |
| Canada | The national broadcasters, French-language Québec channels, the US networks carried north of the border, and the Canadian film and factual groups | NHL in full including the regional feeds, CFL, Raptors and Blue Jays coverage, plus the US packages |
| Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia & Egypt | The Moroccan national channels, Algerian and Tunisian terrestrial, the Egyptian entertainment and cinema groups, religious channels and Arabic kids channels | Botola, the North African leagues, CAF competitions, the Arabic sports tiers and the Egyptian league |
| Gulf & Levant | The big pan-Arab entertainment families, Gulf national channels, Levantine drama and news, Qur'an channels and Arabic-dubbed cartoons | The full Arabic sports tiers covering European football, the Saudi Pro League, Gulf cups and combat sports |
| Spain & Latin America | Spanish national and regional channels, Mexican, Colombian, Argentinian, Chilean and Peruvian networks, the telenovela channels and Spanish-language kids groups | LaLiga, Copa del Rey, Liga MX, Copa Libertadores, Sudamericana, MLS and the South American qualifiers |
| France & Belgium | The French terrestrial channels, the cinema and series groups, documentary channels, news, and the Belgian and Swiss French-language networks | Ligue 1, Champions League nights, Top 14 rugby, Roland-Garros and the Tour de France |
| Germany, Austria & Switzerland | The public broadcasters and the regional thirds, the private entertainment groups, the pay film channels and German documentary channels | Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga, DFB-Pokal, Champions League, handball, motorsport and winter sports |
| Italy, Portugal & the Netherlands | Italian national and pay channels, Portuguese terrestrial and the club channels, Dutch national broadcasters and the regional groups | Serie A, Coppa Italia, Primeira Liga, Eredivisie, plus the European nights in each language |
| India, Pakistan & Bangladesh | Hindi entertainment and movie channels, the regional language groups — Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Punjabi, Bengali — news in every state language, and the Pakistani drama and news channels | The IPL and the rest of the cricket calendar, ISL and I-League football, kabaddi, hockey and the PSL |
| Turkey, Greece & the Balkans | Turkish national channels and the dizi drama groups, Greek terrestrial and pay channels, ex-Yugoslav national broadcasters and the regional sports channels | Süper Lig, Greek Super League, the regional leagues, basketball including the EuroLeague, and volleyball |
| Africa & the diaspora | Nigerian, Ghanaian, Kenyan, South African and East African channels, the Nollywood film groups, gospel and news channels, and Francophone African networks | The South African sports tiers, AFCON, CAF Champions League, the domestic leagues, rugby and cricket |
Two honest notes about any channel list, ours included. First, counts move — feeds are added every week and dead ones are pruned, so a provider quoting an exact unchanging number to three digits is quoting a marketing figure rather than a line-up. Second, the channel you care about is worth checking by name before you pay, not after. Send us the name and we will look it up on the live line while you wait; if it is not there, we will say so rather than take the money and hope you do not notice.
If you would rather check it yourself, that is exactly what the 24-hour free trial is for — open the player, search your channel, watch it for an evening, then decide. What lands on which night is broken down on the tivo8k sports page, and the searchable line-up lives on the channel list.
The live channels are half of what you are paying for. The other half is a video-on-demand library you could not finish watching full time in a decade.
| Section | Roughly | What's in it |
|---|---|---|
| New releases | 3,000+ | Current cinema and streaming releases added as the windows open, in 4K or clean 1080p, with the original audio track plus dubs where they exist |
| Film back catalogue | 120,000+ | Decades of cinema sorted by genre and by language — action, thriller, comedy, horror, drama, animation, documentary — with franchises kept together |
| TV series & box sets | 14,000+ shows | Complete runs rather than a single season, with new episodes added through the week while a series is airing |
| Kids & family | 18,000+ | Animated films, the long-running cartoon series, pre-school shows, and the dubbed versions in Arabic, French and Spanish |
| Arabic, Turkish & Indian | 30,000+ | Arabic cinema and musalsalat, Turkish dizi with subtitles, Bollywood and the regional Indian language libraries |
| Documentaries & factual | 11,000+ | Nature, history, true crime, science, and the long-form series from the big factual networks |
| Sport on demand | Full events | Recent matches, fight nights, race weekends and full-season highlight reels, playable after the live broadcast ends |
The VOD section sits inside the same player as the live channels — no second app, no second login. In IPTV Smarters Pro or TiViMate you switch from Live TV to Movies or Series and the catalogue is there: searchable by title, sorted into categories, with posters, a synopsis and the audio tracks listed. Subtitles come with the file wherever the source includes them.
Two practical points. Resume works — a film stops where you left it and picks up on whichever device you open next. And a title's quality is the quality of its source: a 2026 release will be 4K or a clean 1080p, a film from the seventies will be exactly what was digitised at the time. Anyone promising a genuine 4K master of every film ever made is selling you an upscale.
Nobody cancels their cable subscription over documentaries. They cancel because the sports package costs more than the rest of the bill put together — and then the one fight they wanted is pay-per-view on top.
Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Champions League and Europa nights, plus the Botola, Liga MX, MLS and the Saudi league. Multiple feeds per match, in several commentary languages.
UFC numbered events, boxing title nights and wrestling PPVs come with the subscription. No $79.99 on top, no separate purchase, no waiting for a link to appear ten minutes after the walkouts.
NFL including the Sunday packages, NBA League Pass style coverage, MLB, NHL, college football and basketball, and the regional sports networks that are usually blacked out or locked behind an add-on.
F1 race weekends with practice and qualifying, MotoGP, WRC, cricket including the IPL and international tests, tennis grand slams, rugby, golf majors and the Olympics when they come round.
The full breakdown — league by league, sport by sport, and what quality each is carried in — is on the tivo8k sports page. The honest caveat: live sport is when every IPTV service is under the most load, so test yours during a match, not at 2pm on a Tuesday. That is exactly what the free trial is for — take it on a night when something big is on and see for yourself.
Every tivo8k line is a standard Xtream Codes login — a host, a username and a password — so it works with the player you already like. Here is the short version for the devices people actually use. The long version, with screenshots, is on the installation page.
Almost every support message we get is one of these. Try the fix first — most take under a minute — and message us if it survives all of them.
| What you see | What it usually is | The fix |
|---|---|---|
| One channel buffers, the rest are fine | That specific source feed is struggling | Send support the exact channel name and we move you to a backup source. Do not reinstall anything — it is not your device. |
| Everything buffers, all evening | Your connection to the device, nine times out of ten | Move the TV or box to 5GHz Wi-Fi or plug in ethernet, restart the router, and raise the player's buffer by one step. |
| The app opens but the channel list is empty | The playlist did not refresh, or the line expired | Pull to refresh or reload the playlist in the player's settings. Still empty? Check your expiry date with us. |
| The guide says "No Information" | The EPG has not downloaded yet | Turn the EPG option on in the player, then let it sit for a minute. On TiViMate, force an EPG update from the settings menu. |
| Picture is sharp, sound is out of sync | Decoder mismatch on the device | Switch the player's decoder between hardware and software, or change the audio output to stereo. Fixes it nearly every time. |
Two things that are never the fix, whatever a forum tells you: buying a second subscription, and factory-resetting the TV. If a problem outlives this table, message support with the device, the channel name and the time it happened — those three details are usually enough for us to find it on the server. The longer troubleshooting guide is here.
The same line-up, at wholesale, with your own panel and your own prices. Plenty of people started by setting up IPTV for family and turned it into a monthly income.
One credit is one month of one line. Buy them in packs — the bigger the pack, the lower the price per credit.
Your own reseller dashboard: create lines, extend them, reset a password, watch who is connected.
You decide what to charge. The margin between your credit price and your selling price is yours.
They are your customers, not ours. We never contact them and never see who they are.
A reseller channel that answers fast, so a customer problem at 11pm does not become your problem alone.
No shop, no stock, no staff — a phone and a few hours a week is genuinely all it takes to start. Credit packs, panel features and what support you get are laid out on the tivo8k reseller page, or message us and we will set the panel up while you wait.
If you are in the right-hand column, we would honestly rather you kept your money — a refund request two weeks later costs us both more than a sale is worth. If you are in the left-hand column, take the 24-hour trial on a night when something big is on and judge it at its hardest.

tivo8k is an IPTV subscription service. You get one login — a host, a username and a password — that unlocks 70,000+ live TV channels and 280,000 movies and series streamed over your normal internet connection, with no dish, no cable box and no contract. Plans start at $15 for a month and run up to $220 for three years.
$15 for 1 month, $35 for 3 months, $50 for 6 months, $80 for 1 year (with a bonus month), $145 for 2 years and $220 for 3 years, plus a limited lifetime plan at $200. It is a one-time payment for the period you choose — nothing auto-renews and there is no card kept on file. Every plan unlocks the identical library; the longer plans are simply cheaper per month. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
Yes — a 24-hour trial with the full premium line, not a cut-down demo. No card details, no deposit. Message us, tell us which device you're on, and the line usually arrives within five minutes. Details on the free trial page.
Most lines are created in 5 to 15 minutes. If you order at 3am our time it can take longer, but someone is on support around the clock and you will get a message either way rather than silence.
Amazon Firestick and Fire TV, Android phones, tablets and boxes, Android TV, Samsung and LG smart TVs, Apple TV, iPhone and iPad, Windows and macOS, MAG boxes, Enigma2 receivers, and Roku or Chromecast by casting. If it runs an IPTV player app, it runs tivo8k. Step-by-step guides for each are on the setup page.
One stream on the monthly plan, two on the 3 and 6-month plans, three on the 1 and 2-year plans. You can install the line on as many devices as you like — the limit is only how many play at once. Need more simultaneous streams than that? Ask and we'll quote a multi-connection line.
On a stable 25 Mbps connection, rarely. Most buffering people blame on IPTV is actually 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, an overloaded router or a device with no memory left. Our servers are load balanced with failover feeds for the big events. If a specific channel stutters, tell support the channel name and we move you to a backup source. The full checklist is in our guide to fixing IPTV buffering.
Usually not — the service works on a normal connection. Some internet providers throttle heavy video traffic, and a VPN gets around that. If you do use one, pick a server geographically close to you, because a distant exit node adds latency and can cause the very buffering you were trying to avoid.
Orders are taken over chat and we accept the usual online payment methods plus crypto. It is a single payment for the plan you picked — no subscription is created, no card is stored on file, and nothing renews unless you come back and ask for it.
Take the trial first — that is the honest answer, and it costs you nothing. If you have already paid and the service genuinely doesn't work on your connection, our refund policy sets out the window and the conditions in plain language rather than fine print.
No. Several unrelated sites use similar names and copy the branding. This site, tivo8k.store, is the one we operate — the about page explains who we are, and the contact page lists the only WhatsApp and Telegram accounts we use. If someone contacts you from a different number claiming to be us, check there first before sending any money.
Yes. Resellers buy credits at wholesale and create their own lines from a panel, set their own prices and keep their own customers. There is no minimum order to start. The reseller page has the credit tiers and how the panel works.
No — tivo8k is a paid subscription, and the only free part is the 24-hour trial, which gives you the full line so you can judge it properly. Anyone offering a permanently free "tivo8k" playlist is not us. Free IPTV lists are abandoned within days, carry no EPG, and are the usual route for people who end up with malware on a TV box. Take the free trial instead: same channels, same servers, nothing to pay.
No. tivo8k is an independent IPTV service and has no affiliation, partnership or connection with TiVo Inc. or any other broadcaster, network or device maker whose channels or hardware are mentioned on this site. The names are similar; the companies are not related. Our disclaimer sets that out formally.
About 10–15 Mbps for a stable HD channel, and 25 Mbps or more if you want 4K to hold during a live match. Stability matters more than the headline number — a steady 20 Mbps over ethernet beats a 200 Mbps fibre line reaching the TV through 2.4GHz Wi-Fi two floors away. Test with a speed test on the device you will actually watch on, not on your phone next to the router.
Yes, with all of them and with any other player that accepts an Xtream Codes login or an M3U URL. There is no proprietary tivo8k app you are locked into — you keep your player and your layout, and we supply the line. TiViMate suits a TV box with a remote, IPTV Smarters Pro suits phones, and IBO Player or Smarters Player Lite are the ones that behave on Samsung and LG TVs. We compared them in the player app guide.
Yes — the line follows you rather than your address. Log in from a hotel, a holiday flat or another country and your channels are there, which is why a lot of customers buy it for the home channels they cannot get where they live. If the local internet provider throttles video, a VPN on a nearby server usually clears it.
On the channels and films whose source is genuinely broadcast in 4K, yes, and there is a dedicated 4K group in the line-up. Most live television worldwide is still produced in 1080i or 720p, so a service claiming every channel is 4K is describing an upscale rather than a source. You need a 4K TV, a 4K-capable player device and around 25 Mbps to hold it comfortably.
Message support with the exact channel name. Source feeds go down — that is true of every IPTV service that has ever existed — and the difference is how fast you get moved to a backup. Most channel reports are fixed inside the same conversation; an occasional one takes a few hours if the original broadcaster is the problem. If a channel matters enough that you bought the subscription for it, tell us before you pay so we can check it on the live line.
Message us before your line expires and we extend the same credentials — you do not reinstall anything, retype anything, or lose your favourites and settings. Nothing renews automatically, so if you say nothing the line simply stops at the end of the period you paid for. Most people renew onto a longer plan once they have seen it work for a month.
Yes. The login is not tied to one machine, so you can install it on a new TV, a new phone or a replacement Firestick yourself — enter the same three details and it works. MAG boxes and some Smart TV apps are the exception because they are authorised by MAC address; send us the new MAC and we will move the authorisation over, usually in a couple of minutes.
There is an adult category on the line by default, and it can be removed entirely from your line at your request — ask when you order and it will not appear at all. Every decent player also has its own parental lock with a PIN, which is what we recommend for households with children.
The guide runs seven days ahead, and catch-up is available on the channels whose source provides an archive — usually the big national and sports channels. In TiViMate or Smarters you scroll back in the guide and the past programme plays like a recording. It is not on every channel, and any provider claiming otherwise has not checked.
We hold what is needed to run and support your line and nothing more — no ID documents, no home address, no advertising trackers, and nothing sold to a third party. What is stored, why, and how to ask for it to be deleted is written out on the privacy policy page.
